Refund and Cancellation Policy
EFFECTIVE AND LAST UPDATED: JULY 15, 2026
30-day promise. A ColorfulVibe license purchased directly from Cumulonimbus LLC may be refunded within 30 calendar days of the original purchase or renewal.
1. Voluntary refund period
If ColorfulVibe is not a fit, request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original direct purchase from Cumulonimbus LLC. If a license renews, the renewal charge has its own 30-day refund period. This voluntary policy is in addition to any non-waivable right you have under applicable consumer law.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@colorfulvibe.com from the purchase email address and include the order reference, purchase date, and a brief statement that you want a refund. Do not send a full license key, payment-card number, vault secret, government ID, or project files. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the transaction.
3. Processing and effect
An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method without undue delay and ordinarily within 10 business days after verification. The payment provider or bank controls when funds appear. Refunding the full license price ends the associated entitlement; the key and active device certificates may be revoked. Back up any local work before uninstalling.
4. Purchases through another seller
If a marketplace, reseller, or merchant of record charged you, submit the request through that seller’s process because it controls the transaction and original payment method. ColorfulVibe will provide reasonable support needed to verify the entitlement. The seller’s process cannot remove statutory rights that apply to the purchase.
5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
ColorfulVibe does not enroll a license in automatic renewal unless the checkout clearly discloses the recurring price, frequency, renewal term, and cancellation method and you affirmatively consent. You may cancel a recurring plan through the electronic method identified at checkout or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future charges and normally leaves access through the paid period. We will provide renewal reminders and easy online cancellation where required by law.
6. Defects and mandatory remedies
If the Software is faulty, materially unlike its description, or cannot be supplied, contact support. Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to a fix, replacement, price reduction, contract termination, or refund. Nothing in this Policy limits those remedies, legal guarantees, cooling-off periods, or rights concerning digital content. If a jurisdiction requires express consent before immediate download affects a withdrawal right, that consent must be collected separately at checkout; this Policy does not treat downloading alone as consent to waive a mandatory right.
7. Abuse and chargebacks
We may deny the additional voluntary 30-day promise where there is clear evidence of fraud, repeated refund abuse, unlawful redistribution, or a resolved duplicate request. That does not limit a mandatory legal remedy. Contact support before filing a chargeback so we can investigate promptly; a chargeback or reversed payment may suspend the associated entitlement while the payment dispute is resolved.
